These Terms are a legal agreement between you and FTQ SYSTEMS LIMITED for your use of Kairox, including the website, the installed PWA, your account, Kairox Pro, Kairox Sync, Session Cards, presets, the exercise library, the workout builder, the timer, and support.

By installing, opening, or using Kairox you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Kairox.

Kairox is a phone-first, installable workout timer (PWA). It helps you build, save, share and run structured workout sessions with voice cues, sets, rounds, rests, transitions, reps and sides.

Kairox is a workout timer and workout-organisation tool. It is not medical advice, exercise instruction, diagnosis, treatment, personal training, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, injury advice, or personalised coaching.

Presets are timing templates only. They do not tell you whether an exercise is safe, suitable or appropriate for you.

Kairox is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You are responsible for how you train with Kairox. This includes choosing the exercises, the intensity, the duration, the equipment, the environment, your warm-up and cooldown, and whether to train at all.

Use exercises you already know and train within your ability. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, faintness, unusual symptoms or anything concerning.

Consult a qualified professional before exercising if you are pregnant, injured, unwell, recovering from illness or surgery, new to exercise, returning after a long break, or unsure whether an activity is safe for you.

You can use the core Kairox timer anonymously without an account. Creating an account is required for Kairox Pro, Kairox Sync, billing and certain account-scoped features.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account. Tell us via support if you believe your account is being misused.

Local-only data (saved workouts, drafts, custom exercise names, settings, local history, app-shell cache) lives on your device. It can be lost if you clear browser data, uninstall the PWA, lose the device, or if the operating system evicts PWA storage.

We do not guarantee that local-only data will always be available, recoverable or intact. Where supported, Kairox Sync helps you restore supported account-scoped data on another device — but Kairox Sync is not a guarantee against all data loss.

Kairox Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe at the prices shown in the app at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Kairox Sync is a Pro feature that stores supported saved workouts and session records with your Kairox account so you can restore them on another device. Kairox Sync is account-based sync only and does not connect to iCloud, Google Drive or Dropbox.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Pro features may be added, improved or adjusted over time; free features may also change.

Cancellations are handled through the Stripe Customer Portal opened from the Billing screen. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Deleting your Kairox account does not, by itself, cancel an active Stripe subscription and does not automatically issue a refund. If you want billing to stop, cancel in Billing first.

Session Cards are shareable workout timer cards with import codes. Import codes are designed to be shared — anyone with a valid active code can import the associated workout snapshot.

You must not use Session Cards, card titles, creator/display names, workout names, custom exercise names or custom cue text to share unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading or spammy content, or sensitive personal or medical information.

You own (or are responsible for) the workout names, custom exercise names, custom cue labels, card titles, display names and support messages you create or submit. You are responsible for making sure this content does not breach these Terms or any law.

You grant Kairox a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your user-created content as needed to operate the service for you (for example to render your workouts, sync them to your account, render Session Cards you have shared, or respond to a support request you sent).

Presets are read-only timing templates. They are not personal training plans, are not tailored to you, and are not exercise instruction. Customising a preset creates your own draft; the original preset is not changed.

You agree not to:

• Break, abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with Kairox.
• Circumvent paid features, entitlements or rate limits.
• Use Kairox to harm, harass, defraud or impersonate others.
• Upload or share unlawful, infringing, abusive or misleading content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data or Session Cards.
• Use Kairox in a way that disrupts the service for others.

Support is provided via the in-app Support flow and support@trykairox.com. Diagnostics attached to support requests are opt-in and intentionally minimal — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Kairox depends on your browser, operating system, device, storage and connectivity, and on third-party services including Supabase (authentication and account data), Stripe (payments), PromoteKit (affiliate attribution), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting and edge delivery). Their availability and behaviour are outside our control.

Features may change, be updated, paused or removed. Offline use, PWA install behaviour, voice commands, spoken cues and wake-lock support depend on your device and browser and may be unavailable, limited or behave differently. The core timer is designed to keep working where supported.

The Kairox brand, name, logo, app, design, code, content, presets, exercise library and marks belong to FTQ SYSTEMS LIMITED or its licensors, except for user-created content. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense or create derivative works from these except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

How Kairox handles personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Kairox is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that Kairox will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every attack, compatible with every device, or that any specific feature, preset, cue or workout outcome will be achieved.

Nothing in Kairox is medical advice, exercise instruction, personal training, physiotherapy, diagnosis or treatment. Do not rely on Kairox to tell you whether an activity is safe for you, and do not ignore advice from a qualified professional because of something in Kairox.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FTQ SYSTEMS LIMITED is not liable for: injury, harm, loss or damage caused by exercise misuse, unsafe training, poor form, ignoring symptoms, unsuitable workout choices or unsuitable training environments; loss of local-only data, synced data, workouts, history, Session Cards or settings; service interruptions, third-party service failures, payment processor issues, or device/OS storage eviction; or indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may suspend, restrict, disable or delete content, Session Cards, import codes or accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, abuse, a security risk, unlawful activity or a breach of these Terms, or where we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will try to tell you why.

You can stop using Kairox at any time and can permanently delete your account from inside the app. Account deletion does not, by itself, cancel an active Stripe subscription or issue a refund.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email where appropriate. Continued use of Kairox after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
